MEET THE DIRECTOR

With a strong passion for early childhood education and over 25 years of Montessori leadership and experience, curriculum development, and integrating love into the classroom, Ms. Tayyaba believes the first 5 years of a child’s life and emotional experiences determine the child’s core identity. Ms. Tayyaba believes all children deserve quality early childhood education, and advocates for children's rights, girls education in the developing world and women's empowerment. 

Previously, she has served as the founder and director of Kindi Academy’s Toddler Program, and served various leadership roles in the Infant, Young Toddler and Toddler community at Seton Montessori School. She received her BA in Home Economics from Queen Mary's College in Pakistan, and various American Montessori Society certifications. 

Her hobbies include spending time with her son (who was also a Montessori child) at Yale in Connecticut, anything involving nature, and volunteering/supporting children's charities.
